SAVE THE CANALS
STOP THE FLOODING

😳 The issue: The City of Detroit is moving to permanently close the Jefferson Chalmers historic canals from the Detroit River in a misguided attempt to stop flooding in the neighborhood. This is a major error.

💡 The solution: We must band together as residents of Jefferson Chalmers, local business owners, and people who enjoy the canals to fight this poor decision and implement an appropriate substitute to destroying a historic treasure.
